崗位職責(zé):1. External Communications:？ work closely with relevant departments to provide communications consulting and support in terms of the execution of strategy, brand, customers and products ？ coordinate with media interviews, organize press conferences, etc., to bring positive impact on the company's business development？ assist department’s planning and develop high quality press releases, continuously convey positive information to stakeholders？ establish and maintain good relationship with editors and reporters at core media ？ provide branch offices with information inquires, communications project, media interview, content review, negative media coverage alert and other communication support？ support the department in processing and response to the regulator’s requirements involving external communications？ manage and evaluate external public relations company2. Reputational Risk Management:？ support department head in reputational risk management planning and reporting？ coordinate professional monitoring company to implement public opinion monitoring and reporting？ support company to deal with (potential) reputation risk？ support department head to conduct management and employee training？ amend reputational risk management related policies？ organize the company to conduct potential reputational risk screening？ support companies to fill in various reports required by regulators3.
