VDC Technician（汽車動態(tài)控制系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量工程師）
1. 主要職責 - 監(jiān)督執(zhí)行寶馬質(zhì)量標準/與要求并進行更新， 對服務商進行必要的相關質(zhì)量標準/要求培訓 - 每日對車輛分撥中心服務進行抽樣檢查， 以確保所有車輛操作流程和績效結果符合寶馬集團標準和 SOP 流程要求， 發(fā)生偏差時， 立即進行修改和更新 - 保證車輛交付質(zhì)量， 例如： Q-Gate，產(chǎn)品審計， 車輛出庫 質(zhì)量檢查， 根據(jù)德國總部要求和業(yè)務需求對車輛分撥中心車輛進行檢查的其他服務要求 - 支持經(jīng)銷商管理 和績效考核，如車輛維修、 TA 以及質(zhì)量終檢 - 全面監(jiān)督車間與烤漆房維修質(zhì)量、質(zhì)量問題共享和問題升 級 - 監(jiān)控寶馬配件/ 材料/ 零件庫存狀態(tài)，并對零件訂單狀態(tài)進行跟蹤 - 支持車輛分撥中心的日常運營 業(yè)務和項目實施 - 進行每日板車運輸質(zhì)量審計， 并根據(jù)整體部門業(yè)務要求， 協(xié)助內(nèi)部和外部為項目規(guī)劃和 具體實施提供支持工作
1. Major Responsibilities - BMW quality standard/requirements update and necessary training program for service providers in place - Daily sample check of VDC service level to ensure all the vehicles handling procedure and performance result meet BMW Group standard and SOP requirements, modification and update are requested if deviation found - Vehicle delivery quality assurance, e.g. Q-Gate, product audit, VDC exit check per AG request or business needs, and take initiative actions for the process optimization and quality enhancement - Support dealer management and performance steering for vehicle rework and TA process and final quality control - Overall workshop and paint shop quality assurance, quality issues sharing and escalation - Monitoring BMW accessories/materials/parts stock status and place the order per defined principles - Assisting and supporting of VDC daily operation business and service provider management, and project implementation - Conducting daily loading truck audit, and act as supporting role internally and externally for the project planning and implementation with other functions per request for the overall sales business steering and customer satisfaction enhancement
2. 資格條件學歷/ 學位：大學學歷。優(yōu)先考慮汽車技術專家或持有寶馬技術培訓證書
2. Education / Degree: Automotive Technology Specialist or BMW Technical Training Certificate
3. 知識/ 技能/ 能力： - 良好的商務英文溝通和書寫能力，母語為中文 - 能夠快速了解汽車物流業(yè)務和 流程， 具有車輛服務和車輛質(zhì)量保證相關知識， 有豐富的技術支持經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 - 能夠進行培訓計劃并將技 術傳遞給服務供應商和支持供應商 - 良好的車間和油漆車間報表分析能力，較強的問題識別和解決能力； 擅長油漆車間管理，熟悉寶馬車間維修標準 - 熟悉寶馬診斷系統(tǒng) ISTA/ FASTA 和售后服務系統(tǒng) DWH/ ETK/ AIR/ KSD - C 級駕駛執(zhí)照
3. Knowledge / Skills /Competences - Business fluent English, Chinese Native Speaker - Capability of quick understanding for automotive logistics business and processes, and have vehicles service and workshop quality assurance knowledge, profound technical support experience is preferred - Able to do training program and transfer the technical knowledge to the service provider and support dealer - Good report skills for workshop and paint shop figures analysis, strong ability of problem identification and solving - Be good at paint shop management, familiar with BMW paint rework standard - Familiar with BMW diagnosis system ISTA/ FASTA and aftersales system DWH, ETK, AIR and KSD - Driving license level C
